GENERAL ASSEMBLY

We invite all the members of Nosso Lar Spiritist Society for a General Assembly to be held on Sunday March 24th 2024 at 11 a.m. in the temporary offices of the Society, 4674 Appian Way, El Sobrante, California.

Agenda for the General Assembly:

  1. Call to Order.

  2. Invitation to Chair the Meeting

  3. Invitation by the Chairman to be the Secretary of the Meeting.

  4. Invitation by the Chairman for the Temporary Suspension of the Society By-Laws Clauses 3.2, 4,5 and 7.3.

  5. Invitation by the Chairman to approve the Accounts of the Society.

  6. Invitation by the Chairman to the Members to form the new Board of Directors.

  7. Invitation by the Chairman to the Members to form the new Auditing Council.

  8. Invitation by the Chairman to clarify the current Tax-Exempt Status of the Society at both Federal and State level.

  9. Other matters.

Nosso Lar Spiritist Society is committed to the community. We offer several opportunities to volunteer, we promote study groups  and children and youth Spiritism education.

If you are suffering due to spiritual imbalance, we can help you. Our fraternal assistance consists of a  conversation, where we will hear your problem and guide you according to Spiritism.
